Maintain Me provides services to seniors in the Denver Metro area who are seeking resources. We strive to eliminate the stress of research, the fear of making the wrong decision, and ensure that families and seniors are being respected and cared for as if they were our own family members.
Maintain Me provides resources to seniors no matter where they are in the aging process. We all have different goals for our lives and whether it is staying at home to age in place or transitioning to a higher level of care, we are here to help!
Maintain Me offers two types of services in the community:

The owner of Maintain Me is a registered nurse who takes pride in educating patients and families in the time of need. Chelsea has 8 years of experience in the health care industry including nursing and case management experience in long-term care, acute hospital settings and home health care. She offers a level of knowledge and commitment needed to best serve patients and families with todays health system. Chelsea’s passion for supporting all patients is unwavering, but her love and respect for seniors is where her true happiness lies. When deciding to start Maintain Me, her goal was to consistently assist seniors in maintaining what they define as quality of life. Whether it be modesty, independence and respect when transitioning, or providing a sense of control in a time when that may be hard to find. Chelsea wants transitioning to be an exciting new chapter in these seniors’ lives.
Morgan Jenkins comes to Maintain Me with 6 years of experience in the health care field. She spent 3 years in home health care specializing in senior care in the community. Her home health care experience provided her with a strong understanding of the resources available to those who strive to remain at home. Morgan then spent 3 years in the acute healthcare setting, learning a great deal about the challenges of our current healthcare system. During this time Morgan acted as a liaison between hospital and the patients, physicians, nurses, case managers, and administrators of the Denver Metro surrounding hospitals.
Maintain Me is proud to have Morgan as our Transition Director and we look forward to serving more seniors in the Denver Metro area!

Julie began her career in case management working for children and adults with developmental delays and/or cognitive concerns, working with Federal, State and local programs. Through the changes in her personal life, she began advocating for family members as a caregiver through their aging process, including cancer, heart, dementia and Alzheimer’s.
