With the launch of Lifelong Colorado, cities and counties around Colorado are encouraged to begin their own age-friendly planning. We are hoping to elevate aging and older adult-related successes within communities and share them with stakeholders across the state. Coloradans are living longer than ever before, help us plan for how best to support our communities and our families. We all deserve to age with dignity in the community of our choosing.
